Your Crabcakes are made fresh then frozen. THAW the Crabcakes and cook within 72 Hours of delivery. OR simply transfer your Crabcakes into the freezer until you're ready to enjoy.
To COOK your Crabcakes, just preheat your oven to 475 degrees. Use a nonstick cooking spray on a cookie sheet (or something similar) place them on the cookie sheet and into the oven they go! Bake for 12-18 minutes or until golden brown on the outside. Check the bottom once or twice to make sure it's not burnt. We do not recommend frying our Crabcakes as they will break.
